Your information / Plainly explained
Privacy policy.
Last updated: October 13, 2026. A plain account of what this referral guide does with the information you send.
Longview Foundation Fix is an independent referral website for homeowners. We introduce you to independent local contractors; we never inspect foundations or do repair work ourselves. This policy covers how we handle what you send when you ask for a referral, write us a message, or attach optional photos.
What you provide
When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, and email address; the property's street address, city, and ZIP code; the problem you pick and how soon you need help; anything you type in the message box; and any photos you decide to include.
For questions and privacy requests, we only use the name, email address, and message you enter in the separate form at the bottom of this page.
Submission details recorded automatically
Each request is stored with its date and time, your IP address, browser type, the page you sent it from, the referring website when known, and any campaign tags in the link. We use these to keep a record of consent, cut down on spam and fraud, and learn which pages people find helpful.
Why we use the information
- To review your estimate request for referral to one independent local foundation professional
- To contact you about your request if we need to
- To answer questions and handle privacy requests
- To spot spam and fraudulent submissions
- To make this website better
Your details are never placed on an unrelated marketing list or used for unrelated promotions.
Who receives it
Requests come to us first. If a referral is available, we may forward what you entered, including your message and any photos, to one independent professional who covers your area. That business is separate from us and answers for its own privacy practices and how it handles your information.
The company that hosts this site and our email delivery provider process data so the site runs and messages go out. We may also share information with authorities when the law requires it or when needed to deal with fraud or abuse. Anything sent through the question and privacy form below stays with us and never goes to a contractor.
We never sell personal information, and we never send one request to several businesses to bid against each other.
Contact by phone, text, or email
By checking the consent box and sending an estimate request, you agree that an independent local foundation professional may call, text, or email you about that request. You can tell that professional to stop contacting you at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text.
Retention and deletion
Estimate requests, photos, messages, and consent records are kept only as long as we need them to handle requests and for business records, and we review and delete what is no longer needed from time to time. You may ask us to delete your information whenever you like using the form below. Copies of a request already emailed to us or to the contractor are handled separately.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and request records sit in a password-protected system. Even so, no online system can promise perfect security. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive information in any message or request.
Your choices
To have us update or delete information we hold about you, use the privacy form below, and we will respond within 30 days. Removing our record does not erase a copy the independent professional already has; for that, contact the business directly.
Children
This guide is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Policy updates
If we change this policy, the new date will be shown at the top of the page.

Questions & privacy requests
Use this to ask about the guide or to have your information updated or deleted. It is separate from the estimate request, and nothing sent here is passed to a contractor.

Describe the house as it is today.
Free · No obligation · Takes about a minute
A few taps cover the basics: what changed, how soon, where the house is, and how to reach you. One independent professional receives the request and may follow up.
We only make the introduction. Whether to book a visit or approve any work stays entirely your call.
